Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. The full session fee still applies.

Refund Policy

• Services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with appropriate notice.

• Workshops, sound baths, and group events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Sound Wellness VA LLC.

Event Cancellation by Provider

If Sound Wellness VA LLC cancels an event or session, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule.
