Sound Wellness VA LLC provides sound wellness sessions, including crystal singing bowl sessions and complementary therapeutic modalities. Services are wellness-based and not a substitute for licensed medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

Although the owner is a licensed nurse, services provided through Sound Wellness VA LLC are complementary wellness services. Participation does not establish a medical provider–patient relationship.

Clients are responsible for consulting their physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

You are voluntarily participating.
You will disclose relevant health conditions.
You understand results are individual and not guaranteed.
You assume responsibility for your own health decisions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, branding, sound session descriptions, and materials — is the intellectual property of Sound Wellness VA LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound Wellness VA LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
